Dr. Ellen Quinn

Dr. Ellen Quinn graduated from Queen’s University Belfast in 2008. Dr. Ellen worked for 3 years in Armagh and 6 years in private practice in Australia before returning to Ireland in 2017. Working in a healthcare system which is widely regarded as one of the best in the world. Ellen has integrated those concepts, and high standards of practice into her clinic in Ireland to help her patients achieve optimal dental health. At Lakeside Dental you will find the most up to date dental equipment and software including digital imaging, and a 3D intra-oral scanner.
Throughout her career Dr. Ellen has attended an abundance of Dental courses in Ireland, the UK and Australia to continually add to her skill set and broaden her dental knowledge. Dr. Ellen is now a preferred Invisalign provider and continually improves her knowledge and skills in the provision of clear orthodontics. Ellen is also experienced in all aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry including, examinations, white fillings, aesthetic crowns, veneers, bridges, dentures, extractions and periodontal therapy.

Originally from Co. Armagh, Michael graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2004. He then spent 2 years working in a private practice in the Highlands of Scotland, before returning to work in Ireland for the last 17 years.
Michael is dedicated to the provision of quality professional dentistry and will focus on your individual needs in a gentle and caring manner.
He aims to treat each patient as an individual with individual requirements, providing quality and care, in such a way that a trip to the dentist will be a pleasant, favorable and joyful experience, with the outcome of a much more positive attitude to oral health.
Michael also enjoys dealing with the more nervous patient and is keen to work with them as individuals to overcome any predisposed fear, unease or worry. He is continuously trying to keep up with the latest trends in dentistry by continuous professional development courses.
Michael gained a certificate in Cosmetic Dentistry and Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry with a distance learning course in Central London, where he was taught by Dr. Chris Orr, one of the world’s most prominent and highly respected cosmetic dentists.
Michael gained his Diploma of Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties at the Royal College of Surgeons England in 2012, which demonstrates his desire to provide the best possible standards for his patients.
Outside of dentistry, Michael has a young family, which takes up most of his time. He enjoys all aspects of sport. He is a keen GAA fan and enjoys cycling and keeping fit when ever he can get the chance!
Fiona Campbell
Meet our Dental Hygienist Fiona Campbell. Fiona is a native of Monaghan, she started her career in Dental Nursing in 2012 and through hard work and dedication furthered her studies in 2014 in dental hygiene and has a specialist certificate in Oral Health Promotion. She has a passion for Oral Health Education and has over 9 year’s experience in clinical dentistry. Fiona Graduated with Honours in Dental Hygiene in UCC in 2017.
Our Hygienist Fiona is super gentle, kind and understands many of us are nervous about getting our teeth cleaned. Our patients enjoy Fiona’s friendly manner and her enthusiasm for dental hygiene.
Lisa Kieran
Meet Lisa our friendly Desk Co-Ordinator. Lisa is highly trained in customer service with years of experience in high end customer care as cabin crew and in the hospitality industry. Lisa will be the friendly face on hand to welcome you to the practice. Lisa has excellent communication skills and will be able to answer any inquiries or concerns our patients may have about your dental visit or claiming dental benefits.
